To provide a special place with a special spirit and enthusiasm for the sea. A connection between the lakes and the oceans near. Pond to plate means focusing on the freshest farm-raised and wild-caught seafood sourced only from the east coast, from responsible fishermen. Our signature raw bar is located in the center of the restaurant on purpose, changing daily with several varieties of oysters from up and down the coast, little neck clams, mussels, shrimp, caviar, and always a surprise or two.
